Submission Guidelines

Currently we are soliciting the following: Short stories from children ages 9-14. We are particularly interested in fiction and nonfiction stories written by home-schooled children. Length is not as important as creativity & imagination.

Be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your short story submission. *We are also looking for nonfiction manuscripts (150-300 pages) from passionate adult writers who have overcome incredible odds and accomplished great things. Manuscript must be neatly typed, double-spaced and free of typographical errors. Read the manuscript submission guidelines in Writer's Digest.

Send the first 3 chapters of your completed manuscript along with a paragraph or two about yourself to managers@whitecatbooks.net. State that this e-mail is a manuscript submission with attached files. Accepted formats: .rtf and word. *Be sure to include a return e-mail address to guarantee the return of your sample chapters. If we like what we see, we'll ask to see more. Our response time is generally 4-6 weeks.
